I Came here because it was my only option. I Wouldnt recommend this place for anyone, especially if you really need help. I always felt rushed and unimportant. I didnt gain any tools to help with my situation and week after week they would tell me the same things. " When you feel angry, just imagine your in a happy place".... Yeah ok.
