very expensive for a regular oil change and tire rotation

raised the price of a vehicle I purchased to pay for the "certification" despite the fact that it was listed as CPO on their website, offered me thousands below kbb on my trade in which they listed not even 8 hours later for thousands more, car was listed as having leather remote start and cold weather package, it had none of these options...feel duped by them and to top it off they misspelled my registration information...very unhappy and WILL NOT reccomend them as I do not trust them.
Angelo P in sales is awesome! I purchased my Jeep a few months back and he’s followed up with me multiple times to make sure all is going well. He will be the first I hit up when I am searching for a new car again! Everything has been great with the Jeep at 6500 miles and counting. Zero complaints which is not normal for me.
I would not recommend this dealership. They raised the price of the vehicle I intended to purchase, said it would also cost me a couple thousand extra to activate the Jeep warranty (when it was already Jeep certified), and offered me a couple thousand less on my trade-in compared to KBB and NADA value. Awful experience. Look elsewhere.
