Service Department review. For a long time I brought our three Mopar vehicles for oil changes and minor services. Bypassing the Gurnee Dodge dealer which is a LOT closer to our home. I came here because they were very fair and competitive with their oil changes. The last 4 times I've gotten either attitude or told that a 69.00 oil change coupon doesn't work on one car even though I bring in all three vehicles here. Service was mostly fine up until recently.
