If I could give a 0 I would. You have the worst customer service; instead of your employees attending to your clients they're always gossiping. My family and I have been purchasing our cakes for years here! The prices are always inconsistent, for just writing a name and spelling it the wrong way after I wrote it down for you and the detail on the cakes aren't there anymore. Very dissatisfied.
Worst customer service! I was on the phone with them for about 20 mins trying to order a cake but ended up not doing it because instead of paying attention to my call and actually listening to my order she was talking to someone else there? It irritated me and I decided to not do anything because of that! Disappointed because I heard their cakes were actually good, but their customer service skills need to improve!

Best tres leches cakes!!! This is my go to bakery to buy cakes and everyone I've introduced their cakes to love them!!
We ordered two cakes, tres leches for a party of 100 people. The cakes ended up costing us $140, all to find a hair inside the cake. When your willing to pay that much for simple cakes, not to mention I had to provide the decorations for the cakes, I expect quality. Having guess at your party finding a hair in the cake is a disappointment, unsanitary, and absolutely discussing.
