The cake we asked for vs what we received. Unprofessional customer service, unprofessional bakery, was embarrassing to have at the party. Looks like it was done in 5 minutes. Was asked for a piece of cardboard in return for a 10.00 refund rental for the base. Just a joke. Overall price: 130 since we paid 30 for the avengers figures separately DO NOT RECOMMEND. Located on 83rd & Lower Buckeye
