Rented from Antietam Reality for 8 years and Kayla Byers the office manager, was always available and understanding with any troubles. Website easy to use. Any maintenance issues always resolved quickly and easy to use on app. Would recommend this agency to anyone. I appreciate the whole team.
Overall, we’ve had a positive experience working with this realty company. The staff has been courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests can sometimes take longer than we’d like, but that’s largely because they need direction from the landlord before certain issues can be addressed. While the delays can be frustrating, the property management team has been reliable.
