We've been renting from Antietam for 2 years now and we've had no issues at all. Chase is awesome so if you ever need help finding a place or have questions he's your guy
I’ve rented from Antietam a few times. I will say take pictures and report anything wrong in the beginning.if their is something wrong. Because otherwise they don’t know and it will not matter in a year. How are they suppose to know what was done by you or prior tenant. Stuff happens and sometimes they miss things or someone didn’t fix it correctly. Don’t complain in the end. Don’t sign off until you do that. If you read the paperwork it’s cut and dry.
