HIPAA violations left and right. It's shocking how little regard they have for patient confidentiality. Unprofessionalism galore! I expected a basic level of professionalism, but it was sorely lacking.
Absolutely ignorant staff. It's like they never bothered to educate themselves about their own job.
HIPAA? More like HIPAA-don't-care! My privacy was completely disregarded during my interactions with them.
