My husband had an appointment today. He arrived 18 minutes early and was treated very badly by the receptionist and Dr. Ross. He was told he should not arrive until his scheduled appointment. He was harshly reprimanded in front of 1 person in the waiting room. Consequently he did not stay for the appointment.
Dr. Helen Ross came off as condescending and racist. Instead of helping me, she complained about Americans. Repeatedly, she used the words "You Americans". Her 1 minute diagnosis for my skin issue was a birthmark. She said that all white people have it on the back of their neck.. I'm not white and I don't have a birthmark on the back of my neck. To make it worse, she criticized my toddler and my parenting.
I was disappointed in my experience with Dr. Ross. I'll never go back to her again. I've trying to call to pay a bill and the office never answers. The hours aren't listed on google
