Today I asked to purchase a floor lamp, but delay the shipment by 2 weeks. There shipment estimation could potentially run into a timeframe where I would be out of the country. I offered to pay in full, if they could help me by accommodating a shipment delay of 1-2 weeks. The best solution offered was to try to order it later, but there are only 5 left. Or, another solution offered was to roll the dice, order, and see if it got here on time. So disappointing when their customer service is not allowed to create solution-based... read more
Really terrible customer service. My daughter purchased some earrings on line for her up coming 21st. When they arrived one was broken. Have sent 2 emails to try and organise a replacement pair in time for her birthday. NO REPLY! It's easy to get the 1st sale Anthropologie but word of mouth is a strong marketing tool. Never use this site if you are looking for people who stand by their products.
