My mom and I visited the BHLDN pop-up shop for our very first bridal appointment. And thanks to our consultant, Martha, it was a wonderful experience. She was knowledgable, kind, and accommodating, and my mom and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. And even though we were late and Martha had back-to-back appointments, we didn't feel rushed or pressured. She had pulled great gowns in advance of our appointment and she quickly adapted suggestions based on our feedback -- no surprise, as she has incredible personal style.
