I ordered steak Oscar medium rare, I was basically raw inside with grill marks on the outside. The very small steak was topped with an equally small portion of seafood that was actually cooked properly. My wife ordered the salmon without the sauce on top with butter and green beans. She received a raw salmon with grill marks on the top and bottom with the corn salsa atop which she didn't order with raw green beans.
