I have had a couple of negative experiences with Mark at Anthony. Another reviewer spoke of Mark's problematic temperment, which is accurate. He is a problem. Mark says he is not the owner, but the owner will not return phone calls. People should go elsewhere for service until there are management or ownership changes at Anthony.

The three star reviews on this place are not shocking considering the customer service and employees over there are absolutely atrocious. If your manager Mark can't handle being confronted about extremely concerning employee behavior, then it's time to find a new manager who isn't so sensitive. Your manager being that soft is exactly why your employees are as out of hand as they are.

The just charged us $923 after quoting us $500 this morning. Mark was an absolute jerk to my husband on the phone. I’m pretty sure there are plenty of companies that do this type of work so treating people this poorly is unacceptable. It took 40 mins to fix the problem and they charged us 3 hours for the labor. Save your money.

Called for an inspection, two techs came out ready to perform repairs I wasn't prepared for, nor did I ask for l Was told there was a $95 service fee for the inspection after they came out. Fee was never mentioned by the Manager on initial call but demanded payment afterward. I will not be using this company anymore anymore.accompanyaaanymore and companyyaaanymore anymore.
