It was my first time shopping here and loved it. So many items that I needed in life and I found them all local. I had never stopped in, thinking it was just a restaurant. I'm so glad I decided to stop in today. Even offered me a sample of their frozen yogurt and when I said my husband was in the car and would really enjoy that. She gave me 2 very generous samples.. I have definitly found my local spot for my natural products.. Thank you!
Love their carrot and cucumber juice and especially love the egg salad sandwich!
Wonderful place to shop for healthy options and the cafe is awesome
Best health food and products available in south Lakeland! Love this place and the food is fabulous...especially the Veggie Sandwich .. yum! The soups are always delicious, my favorite being the Lentil Sauerkraut :)
