If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Flavor perfect for any occasion, whether at home or a night out.

Highly disappointed, I paid $60 for food that was bland and could’ve been made at home. No flavor in either meal purchased nor the appetizer, spinach dip tastes plain like nothing. The bread had the most flavor, it was very dry food and, I was probably there for over an hour in total and they only had 8 customers including me and my partner
Went for dinner a few days back. 3 of us. Very warm greeting by the lady at the reception. Lovely interiors. Sat on an outside table. We ordered the Buffalo wings with a dry rub and a half n half large pizza with drinks. Great taste. The Coal Fired pizzas were delicious. The wings were the ideal starters. Friendly service. I'm definitely visiting again before I leave Canonsburg.
Walked in at 6:00 on a Thursday was wondering why there was only 10 people in the entire place eating but I quickly found out why. Stood there for 10 minutes and no one even seated us. Meanwhile the three or four girls that were working there were talking and giggling looking right at us. Very bad management
Food was delicious but the service was a little disappointing
