We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. I am the really upset with the restaurant. I go there regularly. Our first drinked had a bug in it and they didn't offer us anything as compensation then I ordered one thing was charged for something totally different. Service was very slow and I can't say that that is not usual.
Ordered a take out on two pizza one was perfect and the other one was almost perfect if it wasn’t for one thing. I ordered the second pizza and asked them to put garlic on it and I’m a huge garlic fan but some were 1/3 1/4 the size of a clove it was a bit much, please let the cook have access to a garlic press if they don’t already.
Love the food and service, but it’s been around 3 weeks with no air conditioning.
This place is the greatest. The food is awesome. The host and the waitress is wonderful all around. I give it 10.
Somebody should put this place out of their misery. Came in the other night around 8pm and the staff were visibly annoyed despite being open until 9pm. The floors were greasy and you could visibly see things you shouldn’t. Disorganization. Also, there seemingly was no background noise - it was too quiet and you could tell everyone was operating a bit cautiously due to the ability to hear everything.
