We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. We haven’t come here since they opened, but went after the movies with a group of 8 last night. Regret waiting so long to return! Everything was amazing! The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious, my picky daughter LOVED the meatballs, and the pizzas were…well, let’s just say I can’t wait to go back!
