We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Very good wings. Pizza wasn't that good. The sauce was very sweet and for whatever reason, some of the slices weren't fully sauced. Like, half the slice was just cheese and crust. If I wanted Cheesy Bread, I would've went to Domino's.
