As much help as they give different organizations an other things, they need help with their BANKING...every other day or so, they are doing s system update the prevents you from using your card, logging in, or even getting assistance from the bank or banks personal ATM....they shut EVERYTHING DOWN for atleast a hour or 2.. not taking in consideration those who banks because we dont like to carry cash...bug if we run out of gas after 11pm at night, we have to wait nearly a ho… See more
RecommendedGreat place to bank, just wished they were members of the shared branch network and offered Apple Pay.
I've given this bank entirely too many chances after banking with them for almost 20 years. Their online services are outdated and do not function correctly. And the worst part about it, is they don't have your back when they can see you have fraudulent charges on your account. It once was a great bank, but how typical that the name change brings down the quality with it. It's time to move on.
