I want to thank Michelle for.the unique arrangement she made for me for a funeral.It was definetly a one of a kind and the family LOVED it!!! I always try and support a local business and will definetly be returning to Michelle and her wonderful shop!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Michelle this past weekend! I needed to order something extremely special and would have rather just come to pick it out myself, but since I couldn't, Michelle literally "walked" me through the store describing all of the items that she thought would fit my need. Had terrible service two years in a row with this business. Decided to give them a second chance this year and it was a mistake. Both years they didn't even do the colors of the flowers right or the correct flowers. This year they also did the wrong band with the corsage. My corsage was also supposed to be ready this morning and when I went to pick it up at noon it wasn't even started yet. Highly disappointed! I had numerous problems two years in row.

We did offer you a refund if you returned the flowers as this seems to be a common practice for you. Your refusal to return them because you "needed them for pictures" spoke volumes. The flowers you requested were used, the colors you gave were also used . A standard wristlet was requested which was also used.
