My mother lives here and has heart failure, the new management just told all renters they have to move in November because she sold the building. But the renters including my mom still has to pay rent each month until she moves out in November. My mom has heart failure and they will not do anything about the ac that isn't even working and the heat index outside is 110!!!! This place is awful and the new owner should be sued!!!!

New owner (2018-present) has made great changes to this place. Very safe community, affordable rent, pleasant tenants and management. Quiet place to live.
