Less then a week ago I got my nails done. Now they look terrible. Gel service is absolutely terrible
I loved this place when it was new but it's going downhill. They ruined my nails, don't listen to what you tell them and massage chairs never work. Please improve.
What a disappointment, and in my birthday! A close friend and I went for pedicures and it was was a nightmare! The woman with my friend became frustrated when she declined gel polish. The woman actually got someone else to work on her. We both had the signature spa pedi, but there was noooo nail prep. The same woman continued to roll her eyes repeatedly during the service. Rude technician with a heavy accent, could not understand what she was saying, way overpriced , not worth it, stay away.
