In town from out of state. Made an appointment online via their website for Sunday. Showed up for my appointment at 11:00 and was asked if I could come back because they were too busy. I explained that I had an appointment, but for some reason they couldn’t find me in their system. I should have taken that as the first clue to run. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Jenny at Anthony Vince Nail Spa in South Windsor, especially because I have been a regular client of hers. During my appointment, I simply asked Jenny to fix something on my nails that I wasn’t satisfied with. I was not rude or disrespectful I just wanted the service I was paying for to be done to my satisfaction.
