I think it's hit or miss on who you get here. I had a bad experience once and almost did not come back but I'm so glad I did. I came in with my friend to get nails done. We both wanted fun designs. I got paired up with Snow and she was AMAZING. She joked around. Had an amazing attitude and my nails came out SO good. Even though we were some of the last clients, both ladies really took their time and didnt rush. I've never had more compliments on a set.

Super bummed about my experience here. I’ve come here before plenty of times and every one is super sweet and welcoming. But this time I had my nails done by Thao. From start to finish the whole service felt rushed and sloppy. Thao’s whole demeanor gave off that I was inconveniencing her. The nails were…. Ok but a few of them are crooked. After I paid for the nails I tipped her %20 and I was left with her giving me a foul look. I work in the beauty industry and I get it, everyone has bad days. While I’d previously had great experiences at this nail salon…(walk-in), this time not so much. Apparently, walking in 1.5 hrs before close on a Friday you are met with attitude & them saying they are no longer taking any walk-ins. My schedule doesn’t always allow for me to know exactly which day I’ll be able to make time for nails, so this was disappointing to find out. Beware even trying this place if you don’t schedule an appt. In advance. Looks like it’s time to go somewhere else from here on out.

This salon performs shoddy work, cheats its customers, and the receptionist is rude and disrespectful and shouldn't be in the position. I asked for a basic manicure/ pedicure but was constantly pressured into getting gel. I constantly refused. When the bill came it was substantially higher than expected and I feel that I may have been charged for gel when I didn't receive gel.. Disappointed. I have come here many times in the past. I have never had an issue getting in without an appointment, but I was turned away today. I left work early as I get off at 7pm to get here. They have it listed that they close at 8pm, but tonight I was told they take their last person at 6:30pm…. Since when???? I have shown up at 7 or later multiple times in the past and had no issue getting in. They had plenty of techs just standing around behind the desk as she told me this so this especially doesn’t make any sense. N... read more
