I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I have been coming here for years and each time I go, the service has gone down hill. The technician rushed through the entire service and barely took any time to properly clean up my feet or remove the dead skin. I have been a customer here for about 4.5 years, however, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon. In 2023, due to the result of improper sanitation practices, I got paronychia. When I called to tell the salon, they were unapologetic and offered no sort of compensation. After trying out a few other local salons, I felt that the work done by the nail techs at Anthony Vince, specifically for acrylics, are the best. No means NO Young person at the front desk gave us an eye roll and attitude. When the services were confirmed and they were not what we were there for. Impatient for us to start. Group of 3 of us got there early -15 mins before appt time - pick out colors and we were immediately escorted to our chairs feeling pressured to make a decision. I’ve had less pressure buying a car! Emma is truly exceptional. The first time I sat in her chair, I joked that she must be a doctor because of how incredibly precise she is. I’ve never had someone pay so much attention to every tiny detail. Her quality is unmatched. She has an amazing eye for color, flawlessly recreates (and often improves on) my inspiration photos, and her nail art is incredible. So everytime I go there they rush through the process. They dont take time to consider being gentle and get irritated ehen you question them or ask for more detail and pay attention to slwibg down. Im there v3cayse I wanna relax and self cate amd then foe the grand finale at the end of the appointment each and every worker does nkt hesitate to ask you for tip and most say it has tk be cash. I wont tip if you ask thats not how it works
