Friendly, professional and quality service
Had an appointment at 11am to treat my friend to pedicures for her birthday. We got seated late with feet soaking at 11:20. Picked the signature pedicure, which is suppose to be around 35-40 mins but they were done by 11:42. Beyond rushed. No real care given. The gal asked me pay within 30 seconds of putting on the top coat. Eager to get us in & outta there as fast as possible. $130+ later & it was a crappy experience. I have visited this salon in the past and had a great experience, but my experience today was top. tier. 💫 Vickie gives THE best pedicure and the best I’ve ever received. I’ve been an avid pedicure girl for close to 15 years and she really is the best there is! Aside from that the customer service, cleanliness, and warmth from the employees is so much better than you receive anywhere else. Great customer service from the moment I checked in and was greeted at the front desk. Theresa provided excellent treatment and made the experience even better. The facility is beautiful, and the complimentary drink was a really nice touch. I felt well taken care of and very satisfied with my treatment. I would definitely recommend this spa — 9 out of 10 for me.
Great first experience here on 3/7/26. Drove up from Salem, walked in and got us to our chairs immediately. The Mrs. and I got pedicures, with how great the service was, we should have gotten manicures too! We’ll absolutely be back, and totally worth the 35 minute drive from Salem.
