I was not happy with my nail service. This is dip and one is already chipped. The results are not smooth and my fingers were bleeding 🩸 they hurt and burned so I did not want it redone because it would have burned even more. I heard a lot of great things and I was excited about me and my daughter visiting but I was left with these disappointing results.

I went there for a princess pedi for my daughter and a spa pedi for myself. I knew going in there I would pay about 30 or so to get my daughters nails and toes painted. However I picked out the regular spa pedicure for myself, that comes with regular polish. That service should’ve only been about 33-36 dollars, but the technician failed to tell me that he took it upon his self to paint my toes with gel polish without informing me! I went to get a pedicure and during my pedicure, she informed me I would be charged a $10 fee to remove my gel polish. The problem was I was not wearing gel polish to begin with. I got the $74 pedicure And was told that I would have to upgrade $20 to get gel nail polish. Huge waste of money. My pedicure came out awful! My Nail polish was bubbling before I even left the salon. I will never go back to the Easton location. I came in for a pedicure and an acrylic set to see if this would be the new nail spot I go to. The woman I had rushed through my pedicure. She put the hot towels on and I had to rip the left one off myself after I said it was too hot bc it was starting to burn my leg bc she didn’t move it. She was rude to me the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend Tram! She is a breath of fresh air, so sweet and absolutely amazing at nails!
My girlfriend and I went and got a dipped powder MANICURE and an upgraded pedicure. Paid over $100 for them to look like this. Nothing was cleaned up, didn’t even paid the whole nail! I was rushed in and out within an hour. She took a whole chunk out of my skin rushing so fast and could not get it to stop bleeding. Just a pregnant woman looking to go relax for once and it was everything but that.
