I wrote the exact same thing on yelp ladies because I am furious and I want you to know what this company has to offer. BE AWARE!!..... This place is not $40 "total" like the girl below me said and the front desk lady was so rude! (The Chubby blonde girl) I came in and I was told because i was doing acrylics i would have to wait because all the acrylics techs were occupied. (Understandable) she told me about 15-20 mins. I was completely disappointed with the customer service at this salon. I made an appointment over a month in advance. I made an appointment for a facial and three pedicures. My sister and I were taking my mother and aunt to celebrate Mothers Day. I called the week before to confirm the appointment realizing it would be a busy day. When we arrived, we checked in and I was told I did not schedule a facial. This is the place to be when getting your nails done! Very clean, very fancy, first-class service and I leave happy each and every time. AVS gets 5 stars!!!!
