I am perplexed as to why this doctor remains in practice. My husband initially consulted him, believing he was a competent physician to provide care. However, several issues arose. ••• Firstly, it took him 2 1/2 hours to enter the examination room. Secondly, he spent an inordinate amount of time conversing with his assistants. Thirdly, my husband was instructed to arrive at the hospital at 7:00 a.m. in June for a routine knee surgery, but the procedure did not commence until 11:30. Dr. Tropeano is a good doctor in what he does, but he needs to stop being an egotistic, not listening or wants to make a patient cry. GET A BEDSIDE MANNER so that your patient isn't confused about what to do next I had a serious operation and still in pain. He didn't seem to care how I felt, just hoping he didn't do anything wrong. He absolutely told me that I'm not in pain. Don't try to get help from him. I never saw him after surgery and still haven't seen him. I will be letting the right people know.
I think 2 1/2 hours is more than long enough to wait on this doctor. I left without my shot in my shoulder
His office and staff has been awesome thru my injury/surgery.
He done great with my surgery but when it came to my husband boy was it different he wouldn't listen curses at him and repeatedly asked him the same question over and over. He actually hollered at my husband and told him he wasn't in pain. Grabbed his hands and folded it inward and hurt him worse. I recommend going to grandview.the Dr and staff are so much more polite and listen to everything and explain to a t what is going on and what will be done for treatment.
