DO NOT GO TO ANTHONY. He ruined my hair its been over a year and its still recovering. I wanted a couple highlights and instesd he bleached my entire hair and then slapped some dark color on top of it which faded to a horrible copper color. He was definitely under the influence while doing my hair. Never again. Worst experience ever, been crying about it for a long time now.
