Mr. Romeo and his client hired us to do work on a home that they were selling. After we completed the work and sent them an invoice for much less than the original estimate, they refused to pay. When we contacted Mr. Romeo he insisted that they paid someone else for the work. He wasn't sure who, but they no longer owed us the money. This is a warning to anyone that may be thinking about doing business with this real estate group to get paid in advance so you don't have to chase your money.
