Visiting Amherst for vacation from Texas. I can’t complain about my service as I’ve never had a gloss. The prices were a tad much. Albeit I was happy with my cut and the gloss has my hair looking a lot better. I don’t understand the charge of blow drying, as that’s the only way one can tell if the cut is correct. I should have inquired about prices before visit. All in all I’m happy with my hair. I recommend but ask about cost first😊

Horrible haircut. Brought a photo, explained I wanted lots of layers to achieve the look as I’ve had it in the past, the top layer is 7 inches long for crying out loud! Well when you go for a curly wave and come out with hair blown out straight looking like a helmet so he can “check his cut” and it NEVER gets styled. He said “you came in with hair half way down your back” no kidding that’s called a blank canvas!
