I use to love this place, I don’t know what happened. They just told me that the doctor does not want to see any Covid patients. Meanwhile my son body is aching really bad along with other things. Told me to bring him in Monday!!!!! I am so upset!!!! If it wasn’t for Dr. Kate being his doctor, I would definitely find a different pediatric doctor. I love Dr. Kate, so does My Son. Good place
They’re very friendly here that’s why they’re getting 4 stars. But as a full-time worker/mother, they need to accommodate people better with timing, waiting there for hours just for a 15 minute appointment, It’s not only disrespectful but very unprofessional, and tacky. Please do better with timing guys or just hire more People. Figure it out as long as it makes your clientele happy! We are in 2025 stop making people wait hours for a doctor appointment for children!
This place it isn’t good at all the doctor good but the staffs are so bad if you’re not Spanish don’t go there I’ve been there for 2 hours waiting I saw people coming and get in when I told her I been for 2 hours she said I have to wait because been Here before and I been since 9am.
