I have seen this doctor about 4 times in the past year. In that time, I have had the staff give unnecessary tests, which were not covered by insurance. And when I called to make an appointment on a Friday because of severe exhaustion and dizziness, I was advised to see a psychiatrist. When I protested that I was physically ill, I was told that there were no appointments available. I pointed out that was not what was first said and was told to go to the emergency room.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
I am very grateful for Dr. Pastena. I have been seeing him for over a decade and he has never dismissed me with the standard "there is nothing wrong with you" he orders extra tests until a solution is found to make me feel better. This led to a diagnose of a chronic illness and a surgery that truly ended my suffering. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
