I like the Doctor but last time I went there, they made me wait an Hour just to get 1 wart zapped. The nurse who took me back there made dumb excuses why I had to wait one hour. A mother and daughter were in the same waiting room as me and weren’t practicing social distancing. The staff did nothing about this. The same woman who took me back to the room said it was fine that the can stand and not social distance. We are in a pandemic as of writing this. She should know how the virus spreads especially since she is a nurse.
Good so far! You guys should have a voicemail on your office phone though. I’ve tried to call today and yesterday regarding an upcoming appointment and the answering machine said they were closed, but there was no option to leave a message.
I had an appointment scheduled for today. I arrive at the location and am told a voicemail was left for me two weeks prior stating Dr. Janiga had an emergency he needed to take care of. 1, an emergency you know of two weeks prior is not an emergency and 2, I do not have my voicemail set up on my phone. There were no other outreach efforts, either via text, email or even another phone call. If Rush and its affiliates can switch to EPIC for their medical records I’m sure they can sort out a way to use other outreach platforms.... read more
