I went to see him due to dizziness, and concern over recent memory problems. I had the impression he really did not have time me. He spent the first few minutes reviewing my medications and asking me why I was taking them. He said the dizziness problem would have to be solved by the Strong Balance Lab. Dr. Hashmi has been working with children in my care for ten years. As a foster parent, I had children who were born premature and had gastrointestinal issues. She was consistently compassionate and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and believed me when other practitioners did not. She is gentle with children and has an excellent bedside manner when talking to parents as well. We were able to see her every visit and she was quick to respond to any portal messages I sent to her. Mary is very patient and is an excellent listener. She answers all my questions on my list. I never feel rushed or made to feel I'm foolish for asking questions.
I told doctor Singer I was having chronic joint pain on the medication he prescribed. So much so I couldn’t get out of bed or walk. He told me it was all in my head because this medication doesn't cause that even though it’s listed as one of the common side effects and the pain would only happen 30-45 minutes after taking it and when I didn’t take it I was perfectly fine. He is wonderful.
Dr. Coan stays up to date on advances in treating all types of conditions. Her background as a toxicologist and doctor gives her great insight in to how best to care for her patients. I feel so blessed I found her to care for my family.
He explained what he is doing for the colonoscopy and addressed any concerns that I had.
Everything went as planned, and the entire staff was great!
