I had an office visit with Dr. Petraglia where he reviewed my MRI and did an exam on me. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail. My surgery went as planned and he was able to complete everything he said he needed to do. After surgery I of course had pain but the pain that I had before surgery was gone. He worked a miracle on me. You won't find a friendlier more knowledgeable and accurate Doctor. I've also had a follow up with his PA and he is equally knowledgeable!
Dr. Petraglia listens well and give information that it helpful. Glad that I had him for surgery.
I recently underwent surgery for severe cervical stenosis. Dr Petraglia explained the procedure completely both before and after the surgery. In my opinion he is a caring and excellent surgeon. He is obviously very knowledgeable and is very willing to include the patient in big picture. I felt I was in good hands.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of my surgery. The relief was better than I hoped for and Dr. Petraglia and his PA, Anthony Dambra have a wonderful bedside manner and take time to answer any and all questions or concerns, whether it be in person or by phone. I have and would recommend Dr. Petraglia to anyone having to undergo neurosurgery.
My diagnosis: 1) Stenosis of intervertebral foramina and 2) Acquired Spondylolisthesis. Extremely painful condition. Treatment: Lumbar spinal fusion surgery. Date: 6/21/16 Outcome: Excellent as of 6/22/17. Significant improvement immediately. Soreness is getting better. Outstanding surgeon. Being a nurse I was very leery of spinal surgery. Dr Petraiglia doesnt believe in tearing apart a spine. He did what was only needed. Great surgeon, good man. I feel great & Im eternally thankful
In a word: WOW! What a wonderful practice, from the front desk to the support personnel to Dr. Petraglia and his Physician Assistant, Anthony Dambra. These people are knowledgable and work hard to care for the patient and the patient's family. The place is clean and comfortable, the wait times are very short, the explanations are clear and understandable and the staff takes the time to really listen to the patients and the families. Highly skilled people. Highly recommended.
I would recommend Dr. Petraglia to anyone in need of Neurosurgery. Without a doubt he made my quality of life 100% better. I'm sure the neck is no easy place to work but I have movement I have not had in over 20 years.
Dr. Petraglia and his team was very professional, friendly and helpful. I could not have been more pleased with how I was treated during my care under Dr. Petraglia.
