I was referred to Dr. Henchey by my PCP for a sudden and unexpected problem we are trying to diagnose. We arrived 15 minutes early for a follow-up appointment but they treated me like a new patient as they didn't have a record for me. Had to do all the forms again. Then they led us to a waiting rood and left us for over an hour. I asked about being seen and we got "She's running late. She's with another patient. She'll be with you soon." How many patients before me? nothing. We left.
Dr Doerr was a very good doctor that helped me through my cancer treatment. He properly agreed with my decision to have my prostate removed and I am now cancer free! I highly recommend Dr. Doerr to anyone with Urology issues. He cares about his patients and wants the best for them! This quality is evident in his work. He is a man of high integrity that truly cares about his profession.
I waited 50 min and STILL WAS NOT SEEN. I get to the back and she hasn't even reviewed my records. BE PREPARED TO SIT AN HOUR BEFORE getting seen.
Dr. Doerr and Nicole Adams his APRN are an amazing pair. Compassionate and caring. Their supportive staff are the best around. From the front to the back, the staff take the time to get to know each patient with care and compassion. I would not go anywhere else! These are the best!!!
She was 45 minutes late and treated me like I wasn't worth her time. She was the most dismissive, rude and condescending doctor I have ever encountered, and I have had my fair share of encounters with specialists. I'm sure she is a fine academic but her patient care is like broken glass. Doctors like her will make some patients give up. I left her office in tears and demanded to see another. I am not giving up!
He explained everything and the reasoning for everything. The entire staff was stellar
I had an appointment to discuss concerns over some recent tests. This doctor, and I use the term loosely, was so arrogant that it was impossible to get any answers out of her. When I informed her of a life threatening illness I had 20+ years ago, she was more interested in proving that it was not life threatening and arguing with me rather than providing answers to my questions. My husband was referred to Dr. Henchey by our primary physician. I did not look at her reviews until we were in the room waiting for her. I admit I was horrified and said nothing to my husband about what I had read. Dr. Henchey was extremely professional. Yes, she interrupted my husband because she wanted to stay on track and get the information she needs to take care of my husband.
