That did a jod
My daughter needed a consult as she was in severe pain due to another orthodontist work. We were willing to wait until mid-September for the appointment because we were looking for a new orthodontist, but the receptionist was rude, stated she "could not help us" and hung up on my wife! We were simply looking for help and they couldn't make time for her. Please avoid!
The staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating !! Dr. Cook is a meticulous professional whose expertise sets him on a higher level than the rest . If I could post before and after pics , you would be able to see my joy ! Highly recommend , always available , can always get in , phones are answered .. top notch !!!!
Such a great team that works extremely hard to ensure the patient understands the treatment and is comfortable as possible through the process. Dr Cook always makes the point of telling me before I leave that 'if you have any problems, call us and we'll get you right in.' I haven't needed to but very reassuring through a challenging process for an adult.
