RecommendedHello- I just wanted to say my daughter’s teeth are beautiful, we have been going to Dr. Cook for years. Yes, Dr Cook gave us his personal cellphone number and has been available should I need him immediately. However , in recent times- past six months - a year or so, I feel like we were rushed, not treated as patients, more like a number due to the popularity of the place. Dr. Cook is treating both of my sons and has been excellent so far, but my experience with him this weekend went above and beyond. While on vacation, on Sunday morning one of my son's wires came out of the brackets. The emergency number the office gives out is Dr. Cook's personal cell phone. With some texts and calls, Dr. Cook walked us through how to get things comfortable so we didn't need to make an emergency trip home. I can't recommend Dr. Cook highly enough. He is fantastic and a lifesaver.

I would highly recommend Cook & Gutsche Orthodontics. Dr. Cook and his staff is amazing. Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable and informative. My son and I both see Dr. Cook and we are extremely happy with our experience. Carol and the rest of the staff there are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Great place!

I thought there was only 1 orthodontist in Springfield., till someone told me how much they love Dr Cook!! After netting with him, my sons didn’t want to try the other. He is warm, is direct, sincere & gentle!! My boys are upset because they are getting braces so late (16). Dr Cook gave them his personal cell phone and said he could call any time. My sons won’t call him, but it made them feel good!! Oh and his entire staff is warm, welcoming & friendly! Overall great atmosphere!! Can’t wait for the final results!!!
Dr. Cook might be the last one to tell you to wait till it’s that right time for orthodontics.
