"Dr" Guida and his staff botched my Dad's cataract surgery. Miss measured, had him go from surgery room back over to the office for measurement where his foot got tangled in the wires for the measuring device, back to surgery, then TRIED 3 lenses and left debris in his eye. Tore the retina. Blinded Dad's eye. A close friend of the family had the same experience with Guida a few years earlier and is also blind.
