At 2:30am I woke up to no A/C. We googled what to troubleshoot for. Long story short, we called a couple places that required a card on file. I work too hard to give out my Financials so freely, when I said no, they wouldn't do business with me. Then we called Anthony James A/C because we have a Trane and know they are certified. Richie from Anthony James A/C showed up, same day at 9ish in the morning (faster than anyone else) without requiring payment up front or a card on file. As always,Anthony James air-conditioning arrived on time after calling they were on there way,servicing the air conditioner, that they installed several years ago,in a timely manner. Always the professional service you expect they will provide.Josh,always friendly and knowledgeable.They are the BEST!!!Wouldn't have anyone else.
