Great company and experience from the beginning to the end. After few hours after waking up on summer day in late July in the Phoenix I noticed from the thermostat the AC wasn’t working. On our way to a doctors appointment. In the waiting room I called their number at 11:00 am which was in my contacts already because a friend had recommended them. July 2025: another 5 star experience! As always, I had a wonderful experience with Alex for the annual AC service. Thank you for all that you do! One of our AC units stopped working and Anthony James AC helped us try some fixes via text. When those didn’t work, they accurately predicted it was a blown fuse. They had a tech out within 30 minutes who efficiently replaced both the blown fuse and its unblown partner - a level of care that I very much appreciated. Friendly, fast, efficient, and effective service - what more could one ask for? Note: our system is still under warranty and there was no charge.
Once again excellent service! Our technician was very professional, nice and polite. Great experience and very knowledgeable. We will be using Anthony James AC again for all our future needs.
