Not super impressed with their follow up policy & not easy to get through the phone tree for an answer.
I’ve been a long-term patient here, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. A huge thank you to Karina and Rachel at the front for always being so incredibly helpful and providing such excellent care. They go out of their way to make sure everything is flawless. If you are looking for a fantastic optometrist who truly cares about you as a person and not just a patient, I highly recommend coming here!
Had a great experience, highly recommend over corporate owned eye centers. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable
I genuinely love coming here. Dr. Potochick and all of the staff are lovely people, professional and kind and fun. I always get my frames here, as well. They take the time to find glasses that really suit me, and I get compliments on them all the time. If there are any issues, they work tirelessly to fix them. This is a fantastic place.
Friendly, professional, every one is willing and ready to help
