My experience with Dr Inguaggiato its always been great. He's been my parent's cardiologist and mine for years. He is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about his patients and their well-being. We are blessed to have such an excellent doctor as him. His receptionist is also great, very kind and always go out of her way to help their patients. She is very attentive and helpful. Thumbs up to Dr Inguaggiato and his receptionist Theresa.
Dios mío pero es horrible el servicio al cliente, no toman la llamada y si logras comunicarte te dicen que están ocupadas, te puedes pasar el día llamando y siempre están ocupadas, te cuelgan el teléfono, hablan en tono molesta y un sin número de quejas de las demás personas, será que el médico no estará al tanto de esta situación porque acaban de encontrar una persona que si las va a reportar, por abusadora que son, ustedes ahí cobran un maldit sueldo
Dr. Inguaggiato is the best! He takes the time to answer all my questions and is very kind and patient.
Está oficina no es muy profesional . En la recepción cuando tú llamas no cogen el teléfono y cuando te conectas no te dejan explicarte cuál es la razón de tu llamada y en seguida te cuelgan la llamada . No se si esto lo sabe el doctor o no pero esto no es profesional con los pacientes.
I called the office Thursday for a refill. Front says ok repeat refill till next appointment and just hung up. I called back and said I was trying to make m appointment. Then called my pharmacy to see if my script was there they said no and sent the office a request. I called the office again said she ill let the doctor know. Guess what called 3 times after 3pm no answer. It's now Saturday. Nothing. So I will purchase over the counter meds EVEN IF ITS CHEAPER with insurance, till I find another doctor who's more attentive an... read more
