I had an appointment with Anthony J. Archual at IU Health. To be fair, the doctor himself was great—very informative and professional, and I understand why he has good reviews. However, the office staff completely dropped the ball. On December 19th, I received a voicemail from the scheduler, Madison, regarding setting up my surgery. I returned her call and left a voicemail. Dr. Archual literally saved my hand. He is a miracle worker and very skilled and good at what he does. He's also incredibly nice and kind.
Dr. Archual performed my unique hand surgery, many doctors I had previously visited would not do the surgery because it was too difficult. When I met with Dr. Archual he was confident in his ability to perform this surgery and was very knowledgeable about the procedure. Not only could he do the surgery, he mentioned he wanted to do the surgery. Dr Archual is professional, well mannered , and personable. I highly recommend him and his team at IU Health.
