There is reason the price seems too good to be true! This salon fried my hair off. They use 50 VOLUME developer from SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY. I've talked to many other hair dressers and they all agree using 50 volume developer is dangerous, even if its "open air balayage". My hair was under saran wrap after the bleach was applied and started to smoke after being left on for over 45 minutes.
