I was caretaking my elderly mother and brought her to Dr. Marino on the advice of family members. Almost all of her visits were with staff assistants. Even after more than a year, numerous ordered tests and several visits, Dr. Marino still hadn't seen her personally. I realize doctors delegate a lot nowadays, but in my opinion the delegating is excessive in his case. Not a bad person, but he may be tired and ready to retire. I regret to say that I am not impressed and would not recommend.
Tried to talk to him about an underlying condition to discuss possibility of medical attention going forward. I was completely ignored, told "we don't really test for that", and sent on my merry way. Not worth the visit if you want to actually be heard out.
Always gave me the time needed for asking questions. FOUND HIM TO B V ATTENTIVE & CARING.
Excellent.....helped greatly to save my life and I am close to full recovery!
