HORRIBLE! The staff is RUDE! One of his so called healthcare workers stated the day before appt. no open sores on foot of course which I never did I come in the next day to find she has open sores all over her mouth how can the Dr. allow her to work in his office! Left office found out from one of his neighbors they have a bad reputation his STAFF!
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Olivieri for several years. Always greeted by the staff with respect ,and care we received from Dr. Olivieri always addressed our problems with positive results. An office and Doctor that's truly a pleasure to deal with.
Would never go back to him after he diagnosed me with a heel spur, without an X-ray. He treated me for 2 weeks, gave me cortisone shots in the side of my foot. The pain was at my Achilles' tendon after going to another foot Dr (who took 2 xrays) he determined I had a spur and inflamed bursa at my Achilles' tendon! The cortisone shots given by Dr Olivieri were a waste of my time and copay!
Horrible customers service!!! My son went there for a routine service, paid the Copay they requested at time of visit. Supposedly, they sent a balance of $15.00 notice which my so. Did not receive and they instead of calling to verify if he was aware of this balance sent a 21 year old to a Collect agency. I called the office spoke to the so called office manager Tina who was out right arrogant!!!! You don't want to visit an office where the staff in not helpful, rude and arrogant!!
Outside of his office which is just very old he is an excellent dr and his staff is wonderful
