I personally, always have a good experience went I go.
The most sour and bitter experience, staff are so arrogant and rude. Not helpful and understanding. One in particular who is old and thinks she can talk to parents a certain way. I had to literally remove my children from this experience. I can’t say anything nice about this place except the social worker who is very nice and helpful, very professional indeed. I will miss her.
