Very thorough in every aspect, and was impressed with the office and the doctor.
Dr. Borrelli was thorough and detailed in every aspect from diagnosis to surgical procedure plan.
My experience was not positive. I was told to be 30 minutes early for my appt. I was there on time, finished the paperwork in five minutes and then waited for 30. Then, the doctor walked in and told me he didn’t have enough time to work on both of my feet (had issues in both) because I was a new patient and his schedule was too tight. He said he only had 15 minutes for me. I shared my issues in the prep work ahead of time so I am unclear why this would be the case. Dr. Borelli listened to me, and got right to work fixing my messed up feet. I wish I'd gone to him sooner!
He always explains the problem and treatment so you can understand. He genuinely cares about his patients.
Dr. Borrelli took his time, explained what was going on in layman's terms and put my mind at ease. I feel his has a genuine interest in my well being.
