My doctor sent my MRI and file over to doctor Barcia's office. They had the file for 1.5 weeks. So I called to follow up and the girl on the phone told me they needed the MRI. They had the MRI already and they knew the procedure to request more info on that but couldn't be bothered to follow through. This was a workers comp case and Dr Barcia, I was told, can't be bothered with those unless they are surgery cases. Dr. Barcia and his office staff are friendly, efficient and focused. Dr. Barcia explains things well and gives a variety of options. I was very impressed and happy to chose to go there.
