I had a sore thumb, so I decided to see a doctor. Unfortunately, I ended up with Dr. Arroyo, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. As soon as he entered, he obsessively started washing his hands—first before heading to the computer, then after using it. He wore gloves to examine my thumb, only to wash his hands again right afterward. Dr. Arroyo was horrible. He arrived on our video appointment 20 minutes late. Dr. Arroyo had an abundant of background noise when our meeting first started. This was my first appointment with Dr. Arroyo to establish primary care, however, Dr. Arroyo did not ask me one question about myself. Instead, Dr. Arroyo tersely asked what I wanted. The appointment only went downhill from there. Dr. Arroyo told me that he could not help me with anything I was asking for assistance with. The appointment lasted all of 10 minutes.
