Dr. Arata grew up in northern Indiana and graduated from the University of Notre Dame. He attended medical school at Saba University School of Medicine and then completed the Indiana University Family Medicine Residency. As an Indiana native, he is very excited to be able to practice medicine in Indianapolis. The moment I informed the clinic I have BPD they started ignoring my messages on mychart. It says allow 48 hours for a reply. Messaging is there to be more convenient for patients as they have jobs and lives too. A phone call can also be made but that does not excuse 5 days without a response to a message considering I put a follow up message to the initial message. The solution is not “you could have called instead of messaged”. That takes away that a duty to a patient was ignored. My message was confidential in nature but ... read more

He needs a better staff. Good doctor in person by everything through MyChart seriously lacks in responsiveness.
