I just left Anthology a few hours ago. I love stopping in this place. Always a cool vibe behind the bar and the drinks are always great. I ordered a Chai Latte and asked them to make it kids temp because I have a baby mouth and can't drink anything hot. Barista behind the bar said "we call it "barista" temp so it's cool enough to drink right away". Then they handed me the chai I ordered. I love anthology, I bike there often to enjoy their coffee tonic and get some work done on my computer. I love being in such a calm, light filled environment with the garage doors open. Merging the inside and outdoor spaces. I appreciate their focus on the minimalism of coffee and enjoying its natural flavor without the need for all the syrups and sweeteners.
