If I could write zero starts I would. Called to make an appointment and was told I had 3 no shows so I was no longer able to book an appointment. My FIRST appointment I missed, my second appointment that I waited WEEKS for was cancelled by the office the day of because the Dr was not available. The THIRD I cancelled because I had covid!!! Save your time and find another Drs office. Phone also rang for 10 MINUTES before it was answered. Very poor customer service
Rude so no care no compassion to busy no time never return call can’t do televistie do what they won’t and not won’t you would like to try
If you’re looking for that impersonal touch and warehouse approach this is the place for you. What a joke. Lousy and lazy practitioners maximizing profits. Stay away.
My husband and I both see Emily Beltran NP at Anthem Hills Medical Center. She is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable! She listens and addresses our health concerns and does a good job with educating. The office is also very clean, and it’s really convenient to have quest/lab corp there in house as well!
First time coming to anthem hill medical center and I must say it was five star from beginning to end from the establishment to the people helpful nice and extremely friendly especially Emily she pretty much held my hand and assured me that she has the best of the best when it came to drawing blood and more and she was right! I highly recommend to see Emily and this establishment they truly care about the people they see and are all across the board knowledgeable about any and everything
