Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

The staff at ACFD are so amazing. I am not the best dental patient. I am anxious and have a terrible fear of the dentist. They are so nice and understanding with me! I always feel like they do their best to accomodate me and alleviate my fears. Even if it means that the procedure runs a little over schedule. So nice! And most importantly my mouth has never been healthier!!
